To order from our wholesale division you must qualify and set up an account with us for this purpose. To set up an account, please fax us a cover letter to Attention Wholesale, with your name, business name, contact name, email, phone, fax, all billing, shipping information if different, and or any other necessary information. Along with the cover sheet we need a copy of your tax documents, (example) ... copy of resale license, copy of EIN, or other relevant documents. Once you have provided your information we will set up your account. Once your account has been set up we will send you a confirming email, with all the necessary information to use the online catalog, and or place orders with us over the phone.
